Today I stand on the legacy of a legacy I cherish, left by my father, Said al-Sayed, with its established values and vision that had an impact on our journey.
From here, my vision for Samratown came about; to be an extension of this legacy, not by repeating it, but by developing and formulating it with a vision that keeps pace with the future and aligns with the aspirations of the Kingdom and its position.
I strive to carry the principles I learned from him, and to add my vision and ambition to them, to create in Somerset value that goes beyond the boundaries of real estate development; a value that is seen in our projects, felt in our impact, and remains in the memory of the place.
